Celtic yurts are removable structures designed and manufactured to last over time.
Learn MoreThe outermost layer of the yurts is made of PVC canvas. This material prevents water from entering and protects it from the Sun's rays. The PVC canvas is heat sealed with high frequency vibration fusion techniques, ensuring the tightness and durability of the seams. The 640gr/m2 PVC tarpaulins are M2 fireproof certified and have a manufacturer's warranty of 5 years on the ceiling and 10 on the wall.
There are 3 different forms of heat transfer: conduction, convection and radiation. As they are removable structures, yurts have a radiation insulation system that reflects heat. This system allows heat to be kept inside the yurt in winter and to reflect the heat inside the yurt in summer.
The entire structure of the yurt is supported by a folding wooden lattice where the wooden beams that are attached to a central ring of laminated wood are supported. This structure is sturdy and is made of structural wood certified for construction.
The platforms have always been designed with the idea of easy assembly and disassembly in mind. For this purpose, the platforms are mounted with an insulated sandwich panel that ensures structural strength and insulates against cold and heat.
The design of the yurts is made up of robust and durable quality materials and the assembly system has been created to ensure the safety, strength and durability of the structure.
At Celtic Yurts, we are committed to the environment and selectively select suppliers of different materials based on their sustainability practices. We want to ensure that the manufacture of yurts has a positive impact on both society and the environment.
